Privacy policy

Watch & Chill is published by Veronese Limited Company, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #7769, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, United States. This page explains what data the site collects when you use it. The short version: no account, no cookies, anonymous visit statistics, and an email address only if you choose to request a title.

What we do not collect

• You do not need an account, and we never ask for your name or payment details.
• The site does not set cookies and does not track you across other websites.
• The titles you search for are used only to show results. We do not store them.
• We never sell your data and never pass it to another company for their own use.

Requesting a title

If a film or series is missing, you can ask us to add it. That form is the only place where we collect personal data. We keep the title you typed, the year if you give one, your email address, and a one-way fingerprint of your IP address. The fingerprint exists only to limit requests to one a day; we never store the address itself and cannot recover it.

Your email address is used to tell you when the page is live. If you leave the box ticked, we also send occasional emails about new titles and features, and you can unsubscribe from any of them in one click. That consent is recorded with its date, and withdrawing it takes effect immediately. Write to hello@watchnchill.tv at any time to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted.

Requests and addresses are stored on Supabase (Amazon Web Services, Ireland). We keep them for as long as the list is in use, and delete an address as soon as you ask.

Anonymous visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies. For each page view it records the page address, the referring website, an approximate location (country, region or city), and your browser, operating system and device type. Visitors are recognised through a hash of the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours. We only see aggregated numbers, which cannot identify you.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver pages and protect the service.

Streaming availability data

Information about titles, platforms, countries, audio tracks and subtitles comes from the Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night. It contains no personal data about you.

Links to streaming services

When you follow a link to a streaming service, you leave Watch & Chill. That service's own privacy policy then applies.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

Changes

If we change what the site collects, we will update this page and the date at the top.
